A little late, I know, but I had to get my laptop to where I had a connection that would actually allow me to upload my song. It drives me absolutely nuts not having internet at home. LOL

With Memorial Day coming up, I’ve been thinking a lot about the people I’ve lost over the years. My dad, my birth mother, aunts, grandmother, my mom. The song I’ve chosen is “Love, Me” by Colin Raye. Not precisely my normal style of music, I admit, however, this song reminds me of when my dad was so ill and we knew he was terminal. If this song had been out at the time, I’m sure my mom would have played it for him. Mom’s gone as well now, and the song has even deeper meaning, as “but between now and then, ’til I see you again, I’ll be loving you, Love, Me” was very true for my mom. She never remarried, never even dated anyone else.
