Yes I Know, I’m Bad

I know, I’m bad. I’ve been posting ADS on my site. Not just your typical Google or AdBrite or TextLink Ads, but sponsored posts. Yes, I am a member of PayPerPost. I am a member of BlogtoProfit. And I am a member of Blogitive as well. I like to have extra money on hand if at all possible. This money is for paying my server fees, etc. Can I get along without it? Yes, but if I have the opportunity, why not take it?

A couple of simple rules apply here. If you think a post might be a sponsored post and you wish not to read it, then don’t. If you are from a commenting site, please, do not feel you have to comment on the most recent post if it appears to be a sponsored post. And please, if it offends you to see sponsored posts, do not go around posting pieces of my posts, or anyone else who posts sponsored posts, on your blogs and proceeding to make comments about it. It serves no purpose other than to upset the blog owner you just bashed, and it’s basically being childish. What people do with their blogs is their business, not yours.

An easy way to tell about sponsored posts….. PPP posts are posts about the subject I’m being sponsored by. Now I do NOT choose subjects that I don’t find interesting. If I don’t like the idea or company behind it, I won’t post it. Period. If I think I can work it into my blog reasonably, I will. BlogtoProfit posts are posts that merely have a sponsored by link at the very end. Simple. I’ve not used Blogitive yet, so I haven’t decided how those posts will work.

However, I will continue to post sponsored posts until I feel that it’s either too much of a strain on my time, or I find that the places aren’t paying me like they promised to.

And now it’s off to eat breakfast and get ready for work.

Oh yeah, check this out….I love looking at tattoos, they’re so cool, and at this tattoo design gallery, you can rank the tattoos as well. )

Ciao!

I use to have ads on my sites, but i really got annoyed with them. I mean, it was my site and I felt like these companies were leeches on my site (even though i got paid). Now i just do one kind of ad- type thing, it comes in my email. But I don know how you feel, i like to keep my running and I hate downtime.
