Amazing what a little exercise can do. Besides making my legs hurt.
Since the weather isn’t that bad, and I can’t find my Leslie Sansone walking DVD for some reason, I went outside and took a walk. Not a long one by any means, but I did take a walk. It’s a little nippy out, but since I was in motion, my hoodie was just fine for the occasion. We have an “indoor track” at work consisting of walking around the upstairs, so I’m planning on walking it a little bit on my breaks tonight, to try and get a few minutes of workout going there. :yay:
And I changed my goals at SparkPeople so they have me at a more realistic 1,200 - 1,550 calories now. Thank goodness, because frankly, I thought 2,100 - 2,450 was awfully high for losing weight.
In any case, now I have to change out of my “exercise” clothes and into my business casual dress for work. Bleh. I hate dressing up. LOL

Walking is good for your health. But you must do it once in a while. Like walk today for 5 minutes. the next day for ten so that your legs wont hurt.
Doing 20 minutes the first time around would hurt your feet.
