The Lazy Way

To be perfectly honest with everyone, I am fatter than fat. :) Seriously folks. Last time I was weighed, I was over 300 pounds. Yes, I am HUGE. I admit it. I also admit that I am completely lazy and do not eat right. I need to curb my eating habits, change them over to healthy habits, and I need to start exercising. This is nothing new to me. However, as I said, I’m a lazy thing and I just don’t bother to do what I need to be doing in order to actually start losing weight.

That said, I am not going to take the “lazy” way out and start popping diet pills all the time. There’s no need for that. I’ve done just fine by curbing my diet and getting more exercise in the past, so I’m sure I can do it now. I just have to get motivated and stop being so lazy about it. That’s all there is to it.
