Well, I just finished doing my 2008 taxes. Fortunately, I’d remembered to keep records this year of domain registrations, hosting fees, etc so doing my taxes wasn’t as hard as last year. Plus, this year, I got to take my laptop off my taxes, which is just awesome. So I got a decent refund from the feds and I get a tiny refund from the state. Yay me!

Now, what to do with the refund? I’ll probably apply it to bills to be perfectly honest. I have a couple of bills that need to be taken care of as soon as possible, so I’ll most likely be doing that with the money. I wish I could keep it and play with it, but that’s not likely to happen any time soon. I mean, I’d love to get an A Lange watch or something like that, but like I said, not going to happen. I’ll be lucky if I can even manage a trip out to eat with any of the money. *sigh*

Why is it that tax time seems to bring out all the bills? LOL I guess it’s just the thought that someone has money that causes everyone to jump on the “I want my share” bandwagon. *sigh* Hope those of you filing this year get good refunds as well.
