So Glad

At the moment, even though it frustrates me that I don’t have a car and so I can’t just go where I want to when I want to, I’m also kind of glad. You see, here, you are required to carry car insurance and frankly, the rates around here are pretty bad. We have a couple of intersections that have literally been listed as some of the worst intersections in the entire US for accidents. Plus, lately, we have so much road construction, in some cases lane closings are announced where the lane closes, that there have been a lot of fender benders in town as well. I can almost feel the insurance rates rising. *sigh*
