Yes, I spelled that the way I meant to. I have some real issues with some of the people who call us. When I ask you for the radio’s ID number, your response should not be “what do you need that for.” Duh. it’s not like the radio has a little GPS tracker in it that allows our satellite to find your radio without you giving us any information about it at all, and activate it. We do need the radio ID number. We also need account information. A phone number and address ARE required. An email is not, but we do prefer that you give us one. I love people who ask me why I’m asking for information when they activate their radios. *shakes head* If you call the cable company or the satellite TV company, you don’t ask them why they want information. But you ask the satellite radio company why they want information. Um, because except for the months that you got for buying that new car, it’s not free. :up:
