Shopping Spree!
Well, my tax refund came in on Friday, and it’s pretty much gone already. A short list of the things I bought:
PS2
5 PS2 Games - Soul Calibur 3, Dark Cloud, NASCAR 07, Kingdom Hearts, and Kingdom Hearts 2
2 Gamecube Games - Legend of Zelda The Wind Waker, Soul Calibur 2
DVD Player
iPod Shuffle
Printer/Scanner/Copier
Stereo
New Vacuum
New Pillows
Groceries
Few Cross Stitch Items
A lot of people said I should forget the stereo and get the iPod and a speaker. Well, I have over 300 CDs and frankly, see no point in having them if all I do with them is load them onto my computer to load on my iPod for constant use of my iPod. The iPod is for when I’m not going to be at home - laundromat for example.
I’m sure I got more stuff, but can’t think of all of it at the moment. Oh yeah….movies. I got a few movies on DVD as well. After all, why have a DVD player if I don’t have movies for it. And before anyone asks, I don’t like playing DVDs on the PS2. My ex-roomie did, and her PS2 wore out faster than it would have if she’d strictly used it for games and bought a DVD player.

Wow, you sure bought a whole lot! I really want an iPod shuffle…especially now that they are so tiny and clipable AND colored! Haha, what color did you get? I want the orange one, just because that’s one of my top obsessed colors right now. =P

lol that tends to happen when tax money comes rolling in.
i have an addiction in buying movies. i buy some every week. i own over 500 movies! i know, it’s ridiculous!

I can’t wait till I get my tax money back. I haven’t gotten around to filling out the forms yet.

Damn, that reminds me, I need to file my income taxes as well. It looks like you got a lot of stuff with your refund, alas mine will go to bills sadly.
Yes, I don’t see what the point is to put all of one’s music on an ipod and ditch the cds and stereos. You do that and what if you break your ipod somehow? Buh-bye music that’s what. Yuppers, watching the dvds on her playstation would have worn it out much faster. It’s like when you buy those combo tvs that have the vcr and dvd player built in.
