Well, let me see here. Today I have done a few things that have been on my to-do list for a bit of time now. I went out and bought groceries, including the purchase of my cat’s Christmas present – a plastic stocking full of kitty toys. He loves toys and plays with them often. But last year’s toys have pretty much all disappeared, and since it was only $5, I figured it was a great bargain. I spent more on the cat than the dog last year, and so this year I’m planning on rectifying the situation. The dog’s presents will be purchased as soon as I can get them.

I was quite surprised as I went to Wal-Mart and it wasn’t nearly as packed as I’d anticipated. Then again, we have two Wal-Marts here and the one I go to usually isn’t as crowded. But last Christmas season, you couldn’t move in there without bumping into someone. Sheesh!

I also managed to take a few bags of garbage to the dumpster, which was completely full and so I had to actually stuff my trash into the dumpster. I hope it’s emptied soon, as I do need to put more trash out there. I also shudder to think what is in that dumpster that it’s so full, since in the year and a half I’ve lived in this apartment, that dumpster has never been full.

I started shaving my dog again. Panda is so funny when you try to shave him because he runs away from the clippers after about five or ten minutes. I don’t have any way of keeping him in one spot and besides, the clippers get really hot after a few minutes, so he takes off when they start getting too warm, or he gets annoyed. Usually he gets annoyed long before the clippers get too hot.

In any case, I wonder if I get any points for productivity today? Probably not. LOL Oh well. I’ve got more to do tomorrow.
