My cell phone is really starting to tick me off. It’s not working. I literally had to sign into AIM, add my boss as a buddy, send her cell phone a text message to tell her why I’m not at work and why I supposedly didn’t call in.
You see, I called in, and while waiting for her voicemail to pick up, my phone died. Call ended. Ok. Full battery, full signal bars. I tried calling back, nothing. I tried sending a text message, nothing. Two and a half hours later, nothing. I can’t even call Verizon’s customer service from my phone. It doesn’t work. It just sits there, acting like I’m on a call but I’m not. Wouldn’t do me any good anyways since my best friend is the account owner and Verizon won’t do anything for me without her being the one calling.
Just to check, I even tried sending myself a text message using Yahoo! mail’s text feature. Nada. Didn’t come through. I’m not happy because I haven’t heard anything from best friend that her phone doesn’t work. Grrr. It’s always my phone. *sigh*
