It is not that I don’t want to lose weight. I just don’t wish to take the “easy” way out of doing so. When I am ready and fully committed to doing so, I will start a diet and I will stick with it. I don’t need to take ephedrine tablets, I don’t need SlimFast, or any of that stuff. I just need to be able to get on a weight loss plan and stick with it.
So many of the women at work are popping pills to keep from gaining weight, to lose weight, or whatever they’re trying to accomplish, it makes me sick. I can see doing so if your doctor has suggested it, and if your doctor is monitoring it, but when you just go out and grab the first diet aid you see and knock it back, that’s just asking for trouble! Especially if you take medications already!
So I personally say no thank you to diet pills. But hey, if the rest of the world wants to do it, they can.
