New Theme
I put up a new theme for this site, featuring ECW’s Kevin Thorn and his former valet, Ariel. Ariel was released a couple weeks ago, but since she was in the picture, she’s there. LOL
I’m realizing that this site is becoming less and less personal and more and more commercial. I have a couple of other blog that as soon as they are eligible for PPP, I will be putting them into PPP and I will only take occasional posts for them for this blog. The reasoning behind this is that lately, it seems every other post is PPP. While I don’t want to stop using this site for that, I do want to slow it down a bit.
One of the sites, The Entertainment Muse is going to get an update later on tonight, as I have a movie to review and a book to review. Trust me, one is a good review, the other isn’t. I’ve started a new blog as well, Stuff I Use. It’s to review products and services that I personally have used. When it’s eligible, I’ll put it in PPP. Seems to me it might fit better there than here, but like I said, I’ll still do PPP on this blog.
Ok, off to finish the movie I’m going to review. Ciao!

I’ve been considering starting the PPP thing, but I’m just not sure how much money I would make and if it would be worth it. I dunno. It does seem like a good idea to change the PPP stuff over to the new blog though. I mean, since it’s actually a blog about things you have personally used and what not. ;p

I’m sure we’re not alone, but I’m glad I’m not the only one who stresses about her main blog becoming less and less personal. This “paid blogging” has a way of taking over; and yet, when its something we were doing way before the paid blogging stuff came on the scene, and chances are its something we’ll do if it comes to a stop — its hard to ignore the gold mine we seem to be sitting on.
Thats why I created an “ads-free” blog”. But, the temptation is there. The last update, its a PR2. And, I don’t seem to get over there much. All the stuff I would blog about “normally”, I do at my main blog because I want it to stil appear to be “normal blogging” — like it was before the paid blogging. There’s just a fine balance, and I haven’t been able to find it yet:)
Anyway…just popped in from the Geeky Speaky board … thanks for linking me…I like your idea of calling it a “link exchange” instead of “blogroll”. I’m off to add all your blogs to mine.
