One of the things I like about having an iPod is that I can fill it with music to exercise to. Most of the time I’ll pick something upbeat, something I might like to dance to, as those songs seem to keep me motivated to keep moving and not give in to the temptation to just take a bunch of fat burners and be done with it. Some of my favorites to put in my playlist are Panic! at the Disco, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, and Rihanna.
Of course, I haven’t been exercising like I should be and I’m certainly not watching my weight like I should be. I suppose I will have to get back into that. Good thing my library in iTunes has a lot of my favorite workout music in it.
