Sunday is Mother’s Day, so you know what that means. Cards and gifts. My best friend ran all over town trying to find chocolate covered caramels for her mom. She didn’t find any, but she found a suitable replacement for them. I got her mom a card as well as got another friend of mine a card. I mean, I don’t know anyone who would want stuff like golf training aids for Mother’s Day, although I’m sure there are moms out there who would love something like that. )

Nope, our stores are selling candy, flowers, and cards like crazy. I saw one guy buying his wife a vacuum for Mother’s Day tonight and I’m telling you, I wouldn’t want to be in his shoes Sunday. Unless of course, she asked for a new vacuum. Some women get excited about that stuff. LOL But most of the moms I know what flowers, candy, cards, and to be taken out to dinner. So we’ll see what we get this coming Sunday. We’re wondering if BFL’s older sister will remember her mom this year or not.
