I Swear!

One would honestly think that working in a METAL building, that my cell phone reception would be excellent right? HA! It’s the worst I’ve ever seen in my life! You have to stand in precise spots in the building to get reception and the worst of it is, there’s a cellular tower about 3 blocks from my workplace. One would THINK I’d get decent reception there, but I don’t. Reminds me of my cell phone when I lived in Texas. I had NO reception in my house, but if I walked three houses up the street, I had perfect reception - because there was a cell phone store with a mini-tower in it on the corner! LOL

Makes me wish seriously that I’d had some sort of cell phone signal booster that allowed me to get a better signal since that was the only phone I had at the time. I’d still like one, because frankly, I could use it at work! Not that I think they’d let me use it there. But there’s a lot of places here that even a couple blocks from a tower do not get any service. I need to get something that will allow me to get service anywhere and a signal booster would certainly do the trick.

My current favorite is by Wilson. It has an “outdoor” antenna, an “indoor antenna”, a suction cup mount for the outdoor antenna, and an amplifier for the signal. ) Just stick the mount to the window, attach the outdoor antenna, hook it up to the amplifier, then hook the indoor antenna to the amplifier and set it on your desk, dresser, entertainment center, wherever! Woohoo! Cell phone signal! Wouldn’t work for me at work, since I have no windows, but at home, wow! That’d be awesome! )
