I used Gimp to create graphics for a new theme for The Swanton Rant and they turned out all right. I suppose Gimp isn’t too bad, it’s just getting used to it and the way you have to do things. There are a few things though that bother me, such as I have no idea if you can use plugins like Eye Candy & the like with it. But I suppose I’ll figure that out eventually.
In case you wonder, the reason my credits like Deviant Art Users for who created the brushes is that I have a long list of brushes and no idea who belongs to what brush because I wasn’t paying attention when I wrote them down. :up: Yeah I know, duh. LOL Later on I’ll go through Deviant Art and see if I can pinpoint who did what brushes so I can make sure that I give proper credit.
I hate cabs. I really do. I called an hour and a half ago for a cab and it’s still not here. I called the cab company back and the guy says “I’m running way behind.” Well, you have my phone number, you couldn’t call and say “Hey, I’m running behind, it’s going to be longer than I thought?” Duh. I have places I have to get to today, and this isn’t helping me get there at all. I’m telling you, this day is getting worse and worse. If I didn’t have to get this bill paid today, I wouldn’t bother with it, but I do have to get it paid today. UGH Ok, off to see what I can get done besides waiting for a cab.
