One of my favorite kitchen appliances has got to be my George Foreman grill. I have the little one – it holds two hamburger patties or chicken breasts if I’m lucky. It’s awesome. It’s fast, it cleans up quickly, and it gives me an option for healthy cooking if that’s what I’m looking for.

However, there is a new Foreman grill in town and I’m lusting after it. This one has changeable plates on it. You can use it a as a grill, griddle, press (for quesadillas, stuffed burritos, etc), and you can also bake pizzas and stuff in it. I’ll have to wait to get it, as it’s a bit out of my budget, but that grill is so cool. I really want to get it so I can have fun creating new things on it.
