How Was It?
Well, how was your Thanksgiving? I know this is a couple of days late, but seriously. How was it? Mine was pretty good. I didn’t spend it the way I did last year - alone… that totally sucked because I had nothing to do and no one to talk to. This year I spent it with LaShawn, her mom, and their neighbors. The day actually flew by because we ate and talked all day long. No TV at all. 
It was fun and I’m not opposed to doing it again.
Then LaShawn and I braved Black Friday at Wal-Mart. She wanted to get a camera, but our Wal-Mart didn’t even indicate that they’d even had the cameras on sale. One of the ones that was supposed to be on sale was right there, but it wasn’t listed as being on sale and when I asked an employee they said as far as they knew, it wasn’t on sale. 
However, I was shocked and saddened to hear of the Wal-Mart employee in NY who was trampled to death. It’s a SALE people. That $10 off an item is NOT worth trampling someone to death over. Slow the fuck down and take your time. If someone gets it before you, you are not going to die. I swear, people today make me absolutely sick.
On that note, although there were a lot of people at Wal-Mart, there weren’t as many as we thought there would be. Very strange. I suppose it is due to the economy, but still. Wow. I thought it would be wall to wall people like it has been in the past, but nope. We actually didn’t have to wait very long in line.
