Happy New Year??
I guess I should say Happy New Year. I probably should also put January 2007 on the archives list. I will, but not right now. LOL
I added a couple things to the site. First is the section “The Domain,” which contains links to where you’ll find my joined fan listings, an “About Gothic-Peach.Net” section, and the place I finally got around to putting up the awards from Cinnamon Gum. 
Second, I added Pixel Smilies to the “For You” section. There are only 2 sets, 20 smilies each. One is round, the other is square. I did the bases myself, and I admit, I used the WP default smilies to get an idea of what each one should look like, but I did all the pixelling of the smilies myself. They’re rainbow pastel, and I plan on making more sets soon. 
I figure I’ll start using them here soon, but I don’t know if I want to use the rainbow ones, or a different set. 
Please don’t laugh, some of the square ones definitely look funky.
I had New Year’s Day off, though I worked New Year’s Eve. I have to work January 2nd, but not January 3rd. I work January 4th and 5th, but not the 6th and 7th. Taking paid time off has really made my week short. LOL But I’m glad for it, because lately my back, knees, and feet have really been bothering me. Whenever people ask me what the one thing I would change about my life if I could do things over is, I always tell them that I wouldn’t have had the surgeries on my feet. I think they left me worse off than if I’d left them alone.
I still haven’t taken down my Christmas decorations. I really should do that. LOL
New Year’s Resolutions - even though I know I’ll break them by February -
1. Get apartment completely cleaned and organized….and keep it that way.
2. Lose this stupid weight that’s been hanging on to me for most of my life.
3. Learn how to write PHP scripts, so I can start offering scripts.
4. Learn more about coding sites using CSS.
5. Start my own business ventures.
Well, I think that should be enough for now. I shall go. I have to get up early, even though I don’t want to. LOL
