Happy Birthday to Me
Well, today is my birthday. I turned 31 today. Yay. Big deal. Feels the same as 30 did. LOL
Most of my comments on the last post stated either that they didn’t know anyone who did rituals or didn’t know what rituals are. Well, rituals are how Wiccans and Pagans celebrate their holidays.
Doing a ritual on Yule is like going to Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve. It’s our way of celebrating with our faith. They’re a bit hard to explain, and I don’t want to step on anyone’s toes if this kind of thing offends them. They’re pretty much just religion ceremonies used by Wiccans and Pagans. 
I put up a new layout on Gothika Plugs. I also added the ability to purchase stickie plugs on the site as well. I’ve added a new skin to this site, and I’ve already got the replacement for Happy Holidays ready to go. Man of Steele features Peter Steele of Type O Negative, and the replacement for Happy Holidays features images from a deck of Chinese Tarot cards that I found on Aethereality.
I have to work tomorrow, but that’s ok, because I volunteered. Double pay, plus an extra 8 hours of PTO time added to my PTO bank. I can deal with that!

Hey, belated happy birthday.
Sometimes adding a year to your age makes you feel nothing, eh? 
Wiccan and Pagan rituals sounds interesting. Although I personally do not know anything about them, and do not know anyone who engages in these kinds of rituals, they really fascinate me.
Well…Uhm, happy holidays, I guess?

Happy belated birthday. I’m at the age when every year makes a difference. Next birthday (16) I get my drivers permit. 17 I get my licence. 18 - well I’m an adult that can get a gun license, get drafted, and vote but I can’t buy tobacco or legally drink. Sorry about that. On a tangent. Anyway Happy Holidays.

I don’t see why anyone would be offended by you sharing the details of your Yule celebration. I know nothing about Wiccans or Pagans, seeing as I know absolutely none.
But I don’t see why anyone should be offended by sharing your religious views - it’s a great way to learn and such!

Anyways, I don’t think that explaining rituals is offensive, most religions have some sort of ritual if you look at it closely, and even then the ones that are considered “offensive” by some people and just less widespread.
I think it would be interesting to read about what you do, and etc for someone who has never heard of Wiccans
