Between the unseasonably cold weather (it was 34 this morning when I got up, and that’s WAY too low for this time of year), and my having apparently picked up food poisoning at the Applebee’s I had lunch at today, I am ready for a long vacation. As long as it’s paid. No unpaid vacations here. It’s bad enough that I’m going home and effectively making it so I have 3 days missing from this upcoming paycheck.

But seriously, the weather and being sick is enough to make me want to look for reno hotels. Seriously, it does. I’m ready for an actual vacation.

Oh and for the record, I decided to keep my job at Stream and keep my current pay scale. I don’t need to take a pay cut. I can’t afford it.
