I’m all for bettering our team at work. But…… volunteering the entire team to switch to 3:30 - midnight shift without asking anyone if that was ok with them and assigning everyone’s seats like we’re in kindergarten? Somehow that doesn’t seem quite right to me.

Maybe I’m overly sensitive, but at 31 years old, I think I should be allowed to select the desk I’m sitting at myself. Especially when I’m assigned a desk that doesn’t even allow me to SEE my friends, much less talk to them. Yeah, way to make me want to go to work, when I can’t even have fun between calls. Brilliant.

Why do I work there again?
