For Consideration

There are several things that I consider when choosing music for my exercise routines. Most of my exercise comes from walking the neighborhood in which I live (lots of hills, so lots of work), or grabbing treadmill time when one of the local fitness clubs has a free trial membership for XX amount of days. I don’t look too much to appetite suppressants for my weight loss, but I do look to finding a good beat that will get me pumped up and ready to exercise.

My last post included a few of my favorite songs to exercise by, but I would like some new songs. So I am asking for you, my readers, to give me your input as to what kind of music I should choose for the purpose of exercising to. Just leave me comments with a few songs and I’ll see what I can do about getting a new playlist for my exercise.
