My friend got a huge refund and then the government told him that they had made a mistake. He had to return most of it back, but of course... he had already spent almost all of it. He was fucked, because he didn't have any spare money to give. Lesson: save for a rainy day. People in North America tend to never save at an early age and wonder why they're still working past old age. It's fine to live your life well (with all those material goods)... but it's all about balance. Your life, spending habits and bank account. LOL. Income tax refunds are super.
