All I really want right now is to find a place, either offline in my area, or online that has decently priced (NOT $15-20 per item) make up, that will be sufficiently “goth” for my tastes. I mean, honestly. I want lip stain – CoverGirl has a new line of them for $7.28 and the colors are just horrible. There are only one or two that I might consider, but I don’t really want to buy them without being able to test them to see what color they REALLY are when they’re being worn.

I found a lip stain at Hard Candy, but it only comes in pink. Um, no. I don’t do pink lips. Found another one at Benefit, but it was $28. I don’t think so. Sephora has their brand that is $10 and states it’s a Wine color. The color on the site looks all right, but frankly, it’s out of stock. (

I’m also looking for bright, high-intensity eye shadows. I guess I am looking for colors that would be found on a raver. LOL I don’t know. All I know is that I’m wanting to get some new eye shadow colors as well. Any glitter gels would be nice too, although I still have the entire bottle of Fantasy Makers glitter gel in Magic Orb from Halloween and will probably buy another bottle this Halloween so I can have more. )

I guess I’m just wanting to be able to goth up my look when I do wear makeup. I’m kind of sick and tired of then neutrals that everyone seems to like to put me in. :/ When I was a Mary Kay consultant, our district manager (I can’t remember what they call them) kept wanting to put me into neutral colors. Yes, I look darned good in neutrals. I will admit that. But they don’t get noticed. ) I like to have people see that I’m wearing makeup. Otherwise, what was the point of putting it on?

But the lip stain is my biggest wish right now. I just wish Revlon hadn’t discontinued their Just Bitten line. Those looked awesome and I never got to try them out. (
