It’s snowing. On Valentine’s Day. How appropriate for those of us left out in the cold by Valentine’s Day celebrations because we don’t have significant others to spoil us. But you know, while I like the snow in small amounts, I’m not feeling the snow right now.
It almost makes me want to look for homes for sale jacksonville nc and see if maybe I could get out of here. But then again, if I remember correctly, it snows in North Carolina as well, so that wouldn’t really do me much good. I’d still have to get out and drive in it and shovel it. 
I will say that it can be pretty once there’s a good layer of it on the ground and it is still falling. Also, around here, it is dead silent when it snows. You don’t hear traffic, trains, birds, nothing. Just utter silence. It’s actually kind of peaceful. Unless you have a crackpot neighbor like we used to have, who would scream and yell at me for taking my dog out at 2AM to go potty because with it so silent, she could hear me open and close our door. LOL Ooops. But we’re not in that neighborhood anymore so it doesn’t really matter.

Wow, snow still in February? Makes me even more glad I live out here! Even when we do miraculously get snow it’ll be gone completely in a day or two and by the end of the week the temperature will have shot up from freezing to pleasant 60′s. lol
Yeah, snow in February, and we’re supposed to get some on Thursday (2/21). Right now Weather Channel’s website says 100% chance of snow 2/21, not that I want it, I already hurt myself shoveling snow once this year.
