I get it, I know my friends are well aware I’m a musician. But I play flute, clarinet, and piano, not guitar or bass. So why my friends ask me questions about where they can obtain various items related to the guitar, I have no clue. I mean, I’m flattered that my friends ask me about this stuff, but really?
Just because I play instruments doesn’t mean I know where to get great slides for the guitar, awesome guitar picks, or anything else. I just know where I can go to get a new clarinet if I decide I want one, books to refresh my memory on playing piano, and where to get my flute repaired. That’s about it. Other than that, I know nothing of where to get music equipment such as slides, picks, amps, speakers, microphones, etc.
