Well, I did my little stint of working the opposite weekend of what I usually do. Now I’m off for the next 2 days. I’m trying to decide if I want to wander downtown to the Promenade tomorrow and catch a movie in the theater or not. I probably won’t, but I have discovered that I can walk to Walgreens.

Walgreens is a good half mile or so from my apartment, and there’s a pretty steep hill to go down before you can get there. But I walked there today and got 2 lip glosses (I love the slick gel-type lip gloss), a bottle of water, and Hannibal Rising. So far that’s a damn good book! Makes me want to find my other books so I can read them too. I’m going to put the movies in my queue for Blockbuster Online as well. I want to see those movies.

I also want to see 1408 when it comes out. I LOVE a good Stephen King movie. My mom fell in love with The Green Mile. It’s the only Stephen King movie I ever got her to watch. Then again, I think Mom was in love with Tom Hanks. She loved every movie she saw him in. LOL

Ok, I’m out of here. I need sleep. TTYL!

Ok, there are sirens, and various emergency vehicles flying past my apartment at breakneck speeds. I’m not sure where they’re going or why, but I know it must be big, since I’ve seen at least 3 ambulances go past! EEP!

I’ve had a pretty good day off today. Got some site work done, including tweaking my themes so that my static page links are visible no matter what. This way, I can stop constantly writing “this is a sponsored post” on all of my paid posts. My disclosure policy is visible at all times, or rather the link to it is.

I am still considering what to do with the old hosting set up for Gothic-Peach.Net. I can change the domain whenever I want, and am considering either making a graphics site or a MB. I’m just afraid that either one will flop, and I don’t want to see that happen. Either way, I’m considering the domain name of Peach-Crush.Net or Peach-Crush.Org. I’m not a .com person at all. Not sure why, I’m just not. I don’t know about what I want it to be though, and I don’t want to register the domain and not use it. I have a domain I’m doing that with already. LOL Anyways, I suppose I’d best get myself going. I have to work tomorrow and I’ll have to sleep at some point. I think. LOL

Ok, I’m into telling people what I think of products and services that I use, and I’m also interested in seeing what other’s have to say about what they use. Sorry, but after the past couple weeks, being off work is so nice. It really is. LOL Especially since it means that once I remove my rear from my computer chair, I can sit on my couch and watch movies on the DVD player. I can’t wait. The bad part, is I have to work tomorrow.

I hate my cable company. I really do. I made my payment on June 1st, the bills were printed June 4th, the payment was already in the system, in fact it had cleared my bank already when the bills were printed, and yet the damn bill lists an outstanding balance. Which wasn’t outstanding. Plus, they told me my next bill would be $144, but it’s $170 which means there goes all my overtime. I really hate my cable company. I wish we had another company to go through. Someone said we do, but I don’t know who it is. I’ll have to ask the gal to who told me we had another company here. Because I’m really not satisfied with my current cable company.

I switched hosts for this site. The issues with my former host have gotten to the point that I decided that at least for this site, which I do make money from, I would have to make the move to a better, more reliable server. I am keeping my old servers though and am leaving my other sites on that server. In fact, I’m thinking of getting a new domain and using it on the old account I had for this site. That site will house my graphics, smilies, WP themes, etc, and those would be removed from this site. After all, I don’t think those files get a lot of use over here, and I’d like to get them off this site and use this site exclusively as a blog.

Well, I suppose I’d better go. I’m going to watch RV and hopefully laugh my butt off!
