*sigh* If you’re trying to comment on my blog and can’t, don’t feel bad. 403 errors seem to be plaguing the site and I’m not sure why. It started just after I upgraded to WP 2.1.1 and I’m starting to wonder if that’s not the problem here.

I’ve been told that 403 errors can occur if there is a certain type of protection on your site that filters out certain words and won’t allow them to be used on a website. Weird. I know that on Got-Wicca.Org, I can’t use anything with the letters p-s-y next to each other or I get the 403 error, but if I don’t mention anything with those three letters in a row, I can post fine. *rolls eyes*

So if you are trying to comment and can’t, don’t hesitate to email me the comment instead. I promise I won’t report you to Despair or Rouged, and I’m trying to figure out what the problem is, I promise.

I updated the 2007 books I’ve read page with 3 books. I also got the gravatar plug-in working and active on the site. I need to create the default gravatar though, because the one that comes from gravatar.com is ugly. LOL

I installed the Snap Preview Anytime plugin the other day. I hope you enjoy it. If you don’t know what it is, it allows you to see a preview of the website a link leads to.

I’ve joined PayPerPost and finally had my blog approved. This means that occasionally, when I find something I’m willing to write about, you’ll find blogs that I’m getting paid to write. These will always be behind a cut, and will be under the category of “Sponsored” which will allow my readers to either read them or not.

I played a good bit of Dark Cloud today. I’m trying to get caught up to my best friend. Her game is a good bit ahead of mine. I would play when she’s not here, but I’m usually too darned tired to do so! LOL

I suppose I should stop rambling on and get myself into bed. I have to work the next 4 days. I can’t wait for the weekend. I fully intend on playing a good deal of Dark Cloud. TTYL!

Well, I finally got the theme I was originally working on to cooperate with me. I had wanted to use my Jeff Hardy skin to make a theme. And I finally got it working. That skin had been my favorite skin, and I didn’t want to stop using it so I decided to make the skin into a theme. But the sidebar wasn’t working right. I finally got it working right and so here is the theme.

Not much else going on. Today is payday and for once, I only have rent to pay and the rest is mine to do with pretty much as I please. My only issue with this is that I can’t sleep to save my life. I’ve been up since 1:00 PM yesterday and no matter what I do, I can’t fall asleep. *sigh*

I’m working on creating my own WordPress themes for the site. I’m most of the way done with it, except for having an issue with the sidebar not wanting to go where it belongs. It sits about an inch down on the screen from where it should and I can’t get it to scoot up. I’ll get it eventually, I’m sure. I’m determined to figure out how to do it.

[edit] Here it is, my first WP theme. It stinks I know. I had one with an image, but I couldn’t get the sidebar to sit where it was supposed to, and so I gave up on that one for a while. I’m planning on making one with graphics soon. LOL [/edit]

In other news, I’ve been watching my meager DVD collection. So far I’ve watched 2 of the 6 DVDs I own. I’ve watched Lord of the Rings Fellowship of the Ring, and Lord of the Rings, Return of the King. I have all three, but for some reason, I watched them out of order.

Right now, though, it’s the Daytona 500. Tony Stewart won the Budweiser Shootout, he won his qualifying duel, and now he’s trying to fight his way back to #1 in the actual 500. He’s never won the 500 and I’m hoping he grabs it this year, because NO ONE has ever won the Shootout, Qualifying Duel, AND 500 in the same weekend!

If I can get the darned themes to cooperate, look for a Tony Stewart theme soon.

Well, off I go. I have to figure out where to order pizza from for dinner, and get back to watching the race.
