I’m not going to specify the exact amount, but I’m getting over $1000 back from the federal government, and under $100 from the state of Iowa. Go figure. LOL I’m having them direct deposited to my checking account, so the federal should be there by the 9th of Feb. I can’t wait. A few things I’m going to do with this (it’s my fun money for the most part)….

1. Buy a stereo
2. Buy a couple of book cases
3. Buy a DVD player
4. Buy an entertainment center

I’m also thinking of getting an iPod…..just a shuffle. I also want to get a couple of movies, some blank CDs, go out to eat at Olive Garden, and do a few other things with it. I’ll also take a hundred or two hundred and go grocery shopping and stock up on everything I always want to get but usually can’t afford. I’m thinking of getting a PS2 from the pawn shop down the street as well, and a couple of games. GameCube is my preferred platform, but NASCAR07 didn’t come out on GameCube, and I don’t like the Wii.

In any case, I’ll probably list off the stuff I get on my shopping spree with my tax money. And I WILL get some things I need as well.

I put in an internal transfer application to apply for a spot on the day shift at work. I’m tired of working 3-11:30PM. If I want/need to do anything on days I work, I have to get up early and then hope it doesn’t run over when I need to be to work. If it’s at night, I have to worry about whether or not I can get the night off. If I get the day spot, I can do stuff after work and not worry about it.

If I don’t get the spot on the day shift, I’ll probably just hang onto the night shift spot I’ve got. I don’t have a car, and since this is only 3 blocks from my house, I can’t really just drop this job and get a new one. Even if I could find one that pays more, which I could. But I wouldn’t have any way to get there, and I can’t afford a cab. Hmph. LOL

In other news, I’ve decided that I’m going to pay off a couple of my smaller bills when I get my income tax refund. That way, they’re out of my hair, and I should still have plenty of money to play around with. I also plan on doing the whole “stock up on groceries” thing so I have plenty of stuff to snack on. Although I am going to try and make sure they’re relatively healthy snacks, as I am trying to lose weight.

Another good thing about going to days…. there’s a workout center at work, so I could go there after work a couple times a week and not have to walk home after midnight. That I definitely would not want to be doing.

I tried to walk my dog tonight, but he wouldn’t go off the porch. My porch is one big sheet of ice! I hope it’s not so bad tomorrow, because I have to get out somehow to go to work! LOL

I am so ready for the weekend. I’m planning on doing nothing but playing on the internet, watching TV, and cross stitching. I need the break. I’m sick of cleaning. Work has been hell the past couple of days. I’ve been pulled out of my area twice now to help in other areas. Last night (Thursday) I didn’t get to eat supper until almost 7, and I’m supposed to go at 5:30.

I’m still working on the hosting site. I’m trying to get everything just the way I want it. It’s not easy. LOL I’m also considering the possibility of not offering hosting packages for sale, just using the space for myself and that’s it. I’m not sure yet. I’m still thinking on it. I know I probably won’t make a lot of money at it, and that’s ok.

One of my domains comes up for renewal next month. I haven’t moved it over to my reseller yet because there’s a couple things I need to do first. I have so many domains. LOL, I have Cerulean-Dreams.Net, Gothic-Peach.Net, Got-Wicca.Org, Anniesview.Net, Cerulean-Hosting.Net, Bloody-Kisses.Org (nothing there though), and Twisted-Mayhem.Net. LOL. I dont’ like domains at all. And I bought Mango-Dreams.Com for my best friend. We’ve been best friends since 6th grade. In fact, this year it’ll be 20 years that we’ve been friends. Yikes! LOL

I’ve got an idea of what I want to do for the new skin for the site, but haven’t started playing with it yet. I’ll see what I can come up with soon.

I guess I’d better get going. I have to work today. Bleh. TTYL!

I purchased a reseller account through Host Solutions on Friday. I’m waiting for all the set-ups to be finished. I will be offering a few packages for sale as well as hosting my own sites there. If need be, I’ll either get more reseller accounts, or perhaps purchase my own servers at some point. We’ll see.

I haven’t been able to work on my cross stitch for a few days as I’ve been busy with work. But my headache did finally go away after I managed to get a decent night’s sleep. I have migraines, usually caused by lack of sleep. My problem is that I have insomnia, but sleep aids give me nightmares. Go figure. My best friend spent the night over at my apartment Friday night and I was finally able to get some decent sleep. Funny but true, I sleep better if there is someone in the apartment with me, than I do when there isn’t.
