Has it really been a week since I last blogged? I can’t believe it. Usually I blog at least twice a week. Then again, I haven’t felt like messing with my blog lately. LOL

Work is getting to be a royal pain in the rear. We had a department meeting yesterday. They put someone on the spot because they mentioned this person was transferring to a different department. He was going to tell everyone on his own time and terms, but instead, they just blurted it out in the meeting. Plus they’re going on and on about how they aren’t going to put up with people watching TV in the waiting rooms and employee exercise room. I’m not sure who they’re talking about, because I don’t have time to do any of that. I’m too busy to do things like that.

I’m trying to figure out what to do for Thanksgiving. I’m off, and unless things don’t work out between my friend’s family I’ll be by myself. If their plans fall through, they’ll spend Turkey Day over here with me, but if they work out, I’ll have to eat alone. First Thanksgiving I’ll have been completely alone. *sigh* This is gonna suck.

My friend from work was supposed to come over and hang out with me before work today, but she hasn’t called me yet. I’m hoping she calls soon, because I usually leave here around 2PM, speak of the devil, there she is. LOL

Now it’s after work, and I’m pissed. I got my cable bill today. It’s WAY more than it should be. I have my cable and internet through them and I know that when my friend had the same things I do, she only paid $105 a month, and they’re charging me $143. I have to talk to them because I can’t afford to pay that much for services that shouldn’t be that much.

And let’s not forget that 3/4 of the way through the night, my boss decides to hold a meeting of which I needed to be included but wasn’t. So I guess she doesn’t want me to clean rooms after the patients leave anymore. Oh well. I’ll figure that out later tomorrow.

Well, I took down the Hallowe’en decorations in my apartment and I’ve finally gotten the Hallowe’en layout off the site. I found a pic for my new layout, but can’t figure out how I want to make the layout yet. Argh. LOL

I turned Cerulean-Dreams.Net into my site collectiv. So far I have 9 sites up there, but I’m sure I have more sites that I need to add. One site I know for sure that needs to be revamped before I post it there. I also need to move it to a different server before listing it. But I’m still itching to buy a new domain. I’m not going to, at least not right now because I don’t want a domain and having nothing to do with it. That bugs me. LOL

Yesterday my boss started training me for a promotion at work. I can’t actually get the promotion until April, but she figures if we start now, I’ll be ready. All it involves is learning to pass out the beepers and keys we carry, and learning to carry the supervisor’s beeper when she’s not there. More or less, I’ll be one of the people she can choose from to make “boss” when she’s gone. LOL

I guess I’d better get going because I have to work today. TTYL
