Well, there’s about 10 minutes of Hallowe’en left, at least where I live, so I’ll say Happy Hallowe’en.

I’m tired as all heck from working. Cat scratches feel a bit better, but the one keeps splitting open again everytime I bend my finger. *sigh*

Not much to say tonight. I worked so I didn’t get to hand out candy to trick or treaters. And I forgot and left my porch light on, so I feel bad. Where I live, if you have your porch light on, that means you’re handing out candy. Ooops.

Ok, not much to say. Gonna head out. Bleh. LOL

[edit] I downloaded the new IE7. It’s wonderful! I’m not normally a fan of IE, I prefer Firefox, but IE7 works a lot like Firefox and so far, is wonderful. I highly suggest giving it a try, especially if you’re a regular IE user. [/edit]

I made a mistake last night. I tried to hold my cat after he got startled. He was on my lap and I was cuddling him and he got startled by something. I got my hands ripped up, my left more than my right.

I’m working on another layout to become the default skin on the site, since after Halloween, I’ll be taking down the Happy Hallowe’en skin. I have inspiration, but I can’t find the picture I want use. If you wonder where the radio.blog went, I had to take it down because for some reason, on the Going Pink skin, it wouldn’t show up.

Did you all remember to turn back your clocks last night (if you live in the U.S.)?? I did but it made me mad because it messed up Adult Swim completely. *sigh* I got confused because the guide on the cable box said one show was on, but Cowboy Bebop was on, and that wasn’t even listed as being on in the first place! But I did get to see Trinity Blood, which is the whole reason I was watching last night.

I’m thinking of purchasing a new domain name, to use as a collective, but I’m not sure what to get. I’m not even sure if I want to purchase a new domain name or just switch things around here on Gothic-Peach.Net to make a domain collective and then link out to what I have from there. I may even drop Cerulean-Dreams.Net as a writing site and use it as a collective. That might work. LOL Don’t mind me, I’m just rambling again.

I think I might do an “average day” post sometime this week, just for kicks. My days are really boring, as you’ll see if I do a post like that.

I suppose I’d better go. I need to see if I can find that special picture to use for my new layout.

Between my apartment and my job, I’m ready to scream. My apartment has leaks and other problems, and I need to get it cleaned up a bit before I tell the landlord. Besides, I have to find someone to dog-sit for me, as the handy man is afraid of dogs. Even my little Shih Tzu Panda.

Add to this that my boss is driving us bananas and you can imagine that I’d be ready to scream. Thank goodness I have tomorrow and then I’m off the weekend. I’m not sure I could take having to work the weekend right now. I really don’t. *sigh* Sometimes I wish I didn’t have to work, but then I’d just be bored all the time. LOL

I’ve thought about doing an “Average Day” post, but my life is so boring, I can’t see why anyone would want to read it. LOL

The hospital I work at had it’s “Benefits Fair” today. I signed up for a Christmas Club savings account with my bank, increased my 403b (same as a 401k but for non profit companies) contribution, signed up for a Holiday Wellness Program. The wellness thing is 12 habits that you work on 2 of them per week for 6 weeks and keep a log of what you do to improve yourself over the 6 weeks. Pretty cool. I’m not sure why it appealed to me, but it did. I’m ready to make a few life changes I guess. LOL

I guess I’ll go for now. I had something I wanted to say, but my AOL went weird and now I can’t remember what it was. LOL. TTYL

Well, I made everything work, and now Gothic-Peach.Net’s hosting is up for another 2 months. So I won’t have to pay again until December. Woohoo! Things ended up not being so tight after all.

I dyed my hair burgundy, but it looks more purple & black than burgundy. A few months ago I tried to dye my hair black and it ended up just really dark brown. I try to dye it burgundy, and it turns out black & purple. Go figure. LOL I was bummed though, because I used to use a Garnier Nutrisse shade of burgundy that the Wal-Mart here doesn’t carry.

I’ve been wobbly and light-headed for a couple of days now. I’m hoping it goes away soon. I’m pretty sure it has something to do with the medication I take and I’m hoping it quits. It’s either the medicine or I’m getting the flu or something. I don’t want that either. *sigh*

Got a couple of new books the other day. We had a book fair at work so I got “Memory In Death” by JD Robb and “Dangerous Tides” by Christine Feehan. I’m still working on the John Saul book though. I keep telling myself I’m going to read and then I don’t. LOL

I have my layout for after Hallowe’en ready to go. It’s all coded and ready to go. I just have to get past Hallowe’en. It’s different from my normal, I’ll say that for it.

Guess I’d better go. I have to watch WWE RAW before I go to bed. LOL TTYL
